A Russian Lacquer Box of St. George Slaying the Dragon by the artist Krasnov a graduate of the renown Palekh art school. The artist uses a lot of vibrant colors with the black in the background which usually most palekh boxes contain. The box is completely handpainted and handmade by the artist Krasnov and the box is signed by him as well. The size of this box is 6 x 4.5 x 1.5 inches or in centimeters it is 15 x 11 x 4 centimeters.
