The box depicts a Fairy on a mushroom with all different forest animals amongst her. Really beautiful art work throughout the box and has a nice border around the fairy. The lacquer box is in shape of a clam shell. The lacquer box is handpainted and handmade.The material it is made out of is paper mache. The size of the box is 5.5 x 5.5 x 1 inches.
