An excellent work by the artists Svetlana komogorova and Kostantin Komogorov a husband and wife combination who produce masterpieces in the russian lacquer mineratures. The title of the piece is "The Beginning of the World" seen through the artists imagination in a beautiful symetrical spearical lacquer box. Throuighout the work on  this box you can see a beautiful goddess, a castle seen through the world of the goddess, a village with trees and eyeballs looking around, there is birds along with brush and wildlife. The artists are both both grauates from the renown and 2nd oldest School the Fedoskino school of lacquer mineratures. The piece is handpainted and signed by the artists. The size of the box is 5 inches in diameter by a 3 inch radius. The size in cm is 13 cm is the diameter by 7.5 cm as the radius of the box.
