The famous artist Lukashin of Fedoskino recreates the very famous painting by Vasily Pukirev of the Unequal Marriage.  The original is now in the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.  This lacquer box adds the favor of mother-of-pearl to bring out items in the background.  The box is 4.5 by 5.5 by 2.0 inches.
